At The Glam Cocoon, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item was delivered damaged
• The incorrect product was received
• The product is defective upon arrival

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

• Email us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to reflect

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened skincare products
• Used items
• Products not in their original condition

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
