Return Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days of delivery if:
- Products are unused and in original packaging
- All seals and safety wraps are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Wigs or hair products that have been worn or styled
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back securely (customer covers return shipping)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
